You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded images are clear and suitable for engraving. We are not responsible for poor engraving results caused by low-quality, blurry, dark, heavily cropped, or unsuitable images provided by the customer.

Product appearance

We do our best to accurately display our products, engraving style, and examples on our website. However, because each item is custom made, slight variations in engraving placement, scale, contrast, finish, and overall appearance may occur.

Pricing and payment

All prices shown on our website are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not begin production until payment has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to change pricing, product details, or availability at any time before an order is placed.

Production and shipping

We aim to make and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, shipping method selected, and carrier delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, or circumstances outside our control.
